3. Intellectual Property
All proprietary code, designs, and content created by Gilteq remain our intellectual property until explicitly transferred to the client upon project completion and full payment.
4. Liability
Gilteq is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. We provide engineering services "as is" with professional diligence.
