Cloud Infrastructure
AWS architecture, migrations, and DevOps engineering. We have moved live systems to cloud with zero downtime and know every step that can go wrong.
Cloud infrastructure is one of those areas where the gap between "it works" and "it works reliably at scale" is enormous. We have seen systems that ran fine for months and then fell over under a traffic spike because the architecture was never designed for it.
We have migrated live production systems to AWS without a single minute of downtime by running environments in parallel, validating under real traffic, and shifting gradually rather than cutting over. That discipline carries into everything we build.
What We Deliver
AWS Migration
We migrate existing services to AWS with zero-downtime cutover strategies. DNS-based traffic shifting, parallel environment validation, and full rollback capability before we touch production.
AWS Service Integration
Deep hands-on experience with SNS, SQS, S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda, IAM, and CloudWatch. We configure and integrate these services to work reliably together, not just get them running.
CI/CD Pipeline Setup
Automated deployment pipelines that test, build, and release on every merge. GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, or whatever fits your existing workflow.
Infrastructure as Code
Everything defined in Terraform or CloudFormation so your infrastructure is version-controlled, reviewable, and reproducible. No more configuration drift between environments.
Cloud Cost Optimisation
We audit your AWS spend, identify waste, right-size resources, and implement reserved capacity where it makes sense. Cost efficiency without sacrificing reliability.
Monitoring and Reliability
CloudWatch dashboards, alerting thresholds, and on-call runbooks configured before go-live. You will know about a problem before your users do.
Who This Is For
- Companies running on legacy servers or shared hosting that need to move to cloud
- Teams with AWS accounts that have grown organically and are now costly or fragile
- Organisations launching a new product that needs a solid cloud foundation from day one
- Businesses that have had downtime incidents and need better reliability guarantees
Our Migration Approach
Every migration starts with a full dependency audit. We map every service, job, integration, and environment variable before provisioning a single resource in AWS.
We run the new environment in parallel with the existing one, validate it under real conditions, and only shift traffic once we are confident it behaves identically. The old environment stays warm for at least 72 hours after cutover.
